Vibrant Ventures welcomes considered pitches about the making and presentation of creative ventures. Send proposals through the Contact page, with the reason for writing set to editorial question, and include enough detail for us to judge the idea without a full draft.

What we are looking for

Pitch a specific, evergreen subject connected to ideas, identity, making, sharing or project momentum. A strong proposal names the reader's question, explains its central point and shows what the piece would help a reader understand or decide. Fresh angles on familiar creative work are welcome; generic success formulas and unsupported claims are not.

A useful proposal

Include a working title, a short summary, the intended reader and a brief outline of the main sections. Mention relevant sources or experience only when they directly support the proposed piece; do not imply credentials you do not hold. Tell us whether the proposal has been sent elsewhere. Please do not send confidential information or material that relies on unverified claims.

Editorial process

A proposal is not a promise of publication. If a piece is considered, its scope, wording, sourcing and any required disclosures will be discussed before publication. Contributors should expect editorial review and should flag conflicts of interest. Unsolicited complete manuscripts are not required for an initial proposal.
